Custom kitchen remodels with a design-build firm in the Twin Cities typically run from about $40,000 for a refresh-level project inside the existing footprint, $60,000 to $120,000 for a standard remodel with new cabinetry and countertops, and $120,000 to $250,000+ for premium kitchens with structural changes, marble, or paneled appliances. Cost is driven by size, cabinetry style, countertop material, appliance level, and whether walls are coming down. We give a written budget range at the first free consultation.
A standard Twin Cities kitchen remodel takes six to ten months from contract to completion — three to ten weeks of design, two to four weeks of permitting, and ten to fourteen weeks of on-site construction. A standard bathroom remodel takes three to seven months. Premium projects with structural changes or period restoration take longer. We confirm the schedule in writing at contract.

Yes. The first in-home consultation, measurement, and initial scope conversation are free of charge. The detailed design phase that follows — construction drawings, 3D renderings, structural engineering, and a fixed-price estimate — is a paid design phase that credits back to the construction contract if you proceed with us as your contractor
